Meet Vanessa Hampton, Founder of B2 Wellness Suites
As a dedicated wellness professional and small business owner, Vanessa Hampton understands the unique journey of building a career in the wellness industry. She began as a personal trainer and gradually expanded her work to encompass a wide range of fitness and wellness services.

After becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), Vanessa experienced the common challenge of finding a professional space that truly supported her practice. She also discovered the value of being surrounded by like-minded professionals—a community that fosters growth, collaboration, and holistic care.

That insight sparked the vision for B2 Wellness Suites. Vanessa’s mission is to create a supportive, professional home for wellness practitioners, empowering them to thrive while focusing on what matters most: helping others heal and live well.
